Job Description
                            
Job Summary:

    1.      Assists the Director of Revenue Management in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department.
    2.      Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time.
    3.      Develops, organizes and implements on-the-job training to Reservations Sales Agents. 
                    
Requirements
                            
Additional Skill required:

    1.      Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
    2.      Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
    3.      Good interpersonal & communicative skills.
