Duties& Responsibilities:
职责义务：
1.  To ensure that all local andnational statutory regulations pertaining    
     to engineering practices and relatedcodes, as well as employment practices 
     areadhered and  compliance.
     保证工程部工作符合当地和国家工程规定，并保证规定的职工准则在工作
  中得到坚持和执行

2.  Organizes engineering staff and controls staff to correctly operateall M&E plant 
     and equipment to suit the needs of the hotel
      组织和管理工程部人员正确地操作所有机电设备、系统，以满足酒店的需 
   要

3.  Preventive Maintenance Program
     Plansand implementsa preventive maintenance program to try and achieve    
     “zerodefects” for all equipment in the Hotel.
      预防性维修保养计划
      制定、执行预防性维修保养计划，争取使酒店的设备达到“零故障”

4.  Liaiseswith suppliers andcontractors to obtain correct supplies and to ensure 
     proper implementation of contracts
     与供应商和承包商联系，以获得正确的供应，并保证合同的顺利执行

5.  Liaises with government,including MachineryDepartment, Electrical   
     Department, Department ofEnvironment, WaterDepartment, Fire 
     Department, andstatutory bodies to ensure compliancewith regards to rules and 
     regulations.
    与政府部门(包括机械部门、电力部门、环境部门、供水部门、消防部门） 
  和立法机关保持联络，以保证遵守相关法规条例


Responsibilities:
任职要求：

1. BachelorDegree or above, majoring Engineering or related majors
     本科或以上学历，工程或相关专业

2. At least 8 years international brand hotel working experience
    至少8年国际品牌酒店相关工作经验

3.  Abilityto maintain excellent relations with associates and guests 
     confidentiality at all times
     与所有员工保持良好关系，在任何时候保守员工及客人的机密
