您的职责是在遵循凯悦国际酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,协助保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 协助嘉宾轩经理管理酒店行政楼层与嘉宾轩的日常运营。You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist the Grand Club Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the executive floor and lounge at the hotel.
岗位要求:
至少两年前厅部/客户关系副理或领班工作经验;良好的沟通和客户关系技能。Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. · Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
