As directed by the Public Relation Manager, responsible in the design and artwork production of the hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services.
1.Develops design and artwork according to corporate standards for hotel collateral and advertisement. 
2.Provides technical support to the P R Manage in regards to designs of all collateral and advertisement.
3.Prepares a weekly activity report for the PR department.
4.Maintains the image of the Hotel.
5.Attends promotional events in the hotel.
6.Works with the PR Manager to ensure optimum image is obtained for all hotel collateral, advertisement and exposures etc.

按照公关经理的指示，负责设计、美工制作、饭店宣传用品、市场推广以及与饭店服务有关的宣传品设计。
1.按照饭店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计。
2.为公关部经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
3.准备每周工作报告致公关经理。
4.维护酒店形象。
5.参加酒店促销活动。
6.与公关经理合作，确保在所有饭店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都给饭店带来最优良的形象宣传。
