- Help Building service engineer to keep all the things work well.    
协助当值工程师保证大楼保持正常运行。
- Responsible for completion of work sheet and quality of construction, and return result of work sheet actual condition of construction to building service engineer in time.
对工单的完成和施工质量负责，并及时向当值工程师返回工单处理结果及施况。
- Cooperate with engineer to draw up maintain and make plan of purchasing spare parts.
配合工程师制定维修保养和备品备件订购计划。
- Carry out maintain plan completely, do maintenance of day, month, quarter, year a work well, promise the equipments intact rate reaches to 95% and above.
不折不扣执行保养计划，做好日、月、季、年度的保养工作，保证设备完好率达95％以上。
- Solve the technique hard appearing in the work. Guide subordinates in the professional technique, and also have the responsibility of raising their technique levels continuously.
解决工作中出现的技术难题。在专业技术方面指导下属员工，并有责任不断提高他们技术水准。
- Patrol the equipments belonged to own section carefully, take note of equipment record datum,  and report the true state of equipments movement to duty engineer in time, have responsibility of putting forward an own the views and the suggestion for operation, running, maintenance, renewal and reformation.
仔细巡查所属设备，如实记录设备运行数据，并及时向当值工程师汇报设备运行之真实 状态，并有责任对系统设备的操作、运行、维护保养、更新和改造提出自己的见解和建议。
- Reflect subordinates work performance to building service engineer and help department to assess associates.
向当值工程师如实反映下属之工作表现，协助部门考核员工。
- Working hand in hand and help other sections.
密切配合和协助其他班组工作。                   
- Promise the machine room, janitor's room and working room belonging to own section safe and clean.
保证所属机房、值班室和工场间的安全、清洁卫生。
