球会销售经理（员工级）：

(一)职位要求

1.文化程度:大专以上或同等学历。

2.具有较强的社会活动能力、应变与判断能力。

3.掌握一定市场销售的技能、技巧及市场销售方面的基础知识。

4.具有一定的相关工作经验2年以上。

5.具有较强的公关能力、谈判能力，善于同各类客人进行沟通。

(二)工作职责

1.在驻场经理、驻外办主任的领导下，做好公司各项产品的销售工作，积极争取客源，负责将客户意见及时反馈到有关部门，为客户提供良好的服务。

2.了解本区域内各可开发性单位的有关情况，并与之保持经常性的联系，随时把握销售机会。

3.熟悉客户单位详细情况并保持良好的关系。

4.熟悉酒店高尔夫、客房、餐厅、会务等各种服务设施、价格及各项服务内容。

5.分析客户心理，了解客户对酒店设施的要求和各方面的需求，有针对性地进行销售，并将客户信息报备办事处主任处汇总。

6.利用公关技巧和销售技巧，广交各界人士，扩大酒店影响。

7.每日按公司要求填写工作日报，记录本日市场开发或业务开展的信息，上报驻场销传经理及驻外办事处主任处汇总。

8.开展有计划的销售活动，为每位老客户建立档案，并有计划地发展新客户。

9.完成上级指派的其它工作。
