RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

To prepare the working schedules for his staff in co-operation and consultation with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef and the Restaurant Manager.
准备员工排班表 。
To initiate hiring and take disciplinary measures concerning the staff for / of the Chinese food preparation areas when required.
必要时准备中式食品。
To co-ordinate with the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage, Director of Catering & Conventions and Restaurant Manager in matters concerning the Chinese food preparations and Chinese banquet functions.

To conduct daily inspections of refrigerators, stores, outlets and the kitchen area.

To co-ordinate mis-en-place of production material.

To perform other duties common to supervisory personnel.
