岗位职责：
Supervise the daily input and make sure guests are categorized correctly
监督每日录入情况和确保客人信息的准确分类。
Database Clean up : Constantly do this once per month to make sure the database is always up to date.
整理数据库：每个月重复一次,以确保数据库总是最新的。
Set up a system with the reception so that thank you notes are sent. For those who we have plus the ones we get the business card from, check with the manager on duty .
在前台创建一个接发系统,确保感谢信的发送。对于新增客户，我们也要及时交换自己的名片。
Flag and share with marketing potential brand/corporate customers
与市场部共享市场潜在客户和商务活动的相关信息
Constantly update list of events in town
及时更新餐厅宴会活动名单
Help contacting with potential clients for events (eg. wedding agencies, etc)
帮助与有宴会需求的潜在客户联系（例如：婚庆公司及其他）
Start keeping the record of guests’ anniversaries and birthdays.  Every week check .
开始记录客人的纪念日和生日。每周检查。
Actively check and update promotion material within the restaurant according to the events calendar (check bill folders, tent cards, ipad). Supervise the giving of gifts and promotional material to guests.
根据活动安排及时积极检查和更新餐厅内的促销信息(包括账单夹，台卡和ipad)。对赠与客人的礼品和促销资料加强监管。
Prepare for weekly managers meeting
每周经理例会。
任职要求：
Excellent English Language Capabilities.优秀的英语表达能力。
Related restaurant working experience.相关的餐厅工作经验。
