主要职责：
*作出条理清晰而明确的指示，支持并监督销售主任和销售协调员的工作，确保指示得以正确执行。
*（销售经理 - 公司）通过积极参与协会和商会活动，来维护与公司客户和公共关系客户之间的关系。
*（销售经理 - 公司）通过 GDS 识别并拓展财团公会的间夜入住生意。
*（销售经理 - 公司）作为 MICE 和联络人以及客人在酒店期间的联系人。
*（销售经理 - 旅行社）酒店对当地的旅行社（例如 CITS、CYTS、CTS）业务进行管理，协助销售副总监/销售总监拓展香港和台湾的旅行社市场。
*（销售经理 - 旅行社）积极拓展周末业务，营造主动开拓的工作氛围。。
*　熟知音乐/媒体/技术/时装/艺术/运动/奢侈生活品/投资银行的主要渠道和来源。。
*　协助销售主任保持高绩效的工作水平，协助他们实现各自的销售定额和房夜入住率目标。
 
Main Responsibilities:
* Give clear, concise directions, provide support andco-supervise the Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator to ensure thatdirections are properly executed.
*(Sales Manager-Corporate) to maintain public andcorporate relations with clients through active participation in associationsand chambers of commerce.
*(Sales Manager-Corporate) to identify and generateroom nights from Consortia and Implants via GDS.
*(Sales Manager-Corporate) to be the point of contactand liaison to any MICE lead and point of contact for guests during event inhotel.
*(Sales Manager-Leisure) to manage the hotel’s localwholesalers such as CITS, CYTS, CTS and assist ADOS/DOS to penetrate Hong Kong andTaiwanese leisure markets.
*(Sales Manager- Leisure) to develop and createinitiatives to develop weekend business.
*Familiar with key sources of business of Music/ Media/ Technology/ Fashion/ Arts / Sports / Luxury life style products / InvestmentBanks.
*Assist Sales Executive to working in a productivelyand achieving their sales calls quotas and room night targets.
 
Requirements:
*Undergraduate degree from an accredited university,college or hotel school.
*Know your job and continue your self-development byself-directed learning and participation in company sponsored trainingprograms.
*Familiar with computer system and application software
*Effective interpersonal skill
*Excellent oral & written communication
*Goal driven personality
