- Be familiar with wine list and drink list,have knowledge of beverage and well trained skill of cocktails

- Actively attend restaurant training

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Open bar,prepare mis en place,check fridges and glasses,make sure all in good condition.
开吧,准备酒吧用品,检查冰箱和杯子,并确保一切完好。
- Communicate with the superiors and colleagues regarding any problems with service.
积极主动与上级和同事沟通关于对客服务的任何问题
- Always stay in the bar during the service time,
开餐时间,始终保持在工作岗位
- Be sure all the beverage accord with hygiene standard and serve them with a standard temperature .
保证所有的饮品符合卫生标准并按照标准温度服务。
- Close bar ,clean bar and bar tables,clean and handling all the glasses carefully.
关吧,打扫清洁酒吧及吧桌,擦洗杯子并小心摆放。
- Daily inventory.
