Job Responsibilities: 
Service team of restaurant staff
Oversea the flow of guests within therestaurant
Greeting and escorting guests with aprofessional and positive
 Job Requirements:
 ·        Able to communicate clearly inand possess a good command of
verbal and written English. Additionallanguage skills (Chinese or
Italian) would be a distinct advantage andbenefit
·        A minimum of 1-2 years experience working within a high quality establishment as Manager or asAssistant Manager / Head waiter/waitress
·        Excellent Customer ServiceSkills and ability to understand and
respond to individual guests needs andrequirements
·        A genuine interest andunderstanding in food and drink.
·        Exceptional communication andpresentational skills
·        Ability to think on your feetand under pressure whilst maintaining a
positive outlook and attention to detail
·        Ability to work as part of asmall team and independently and use
initiative
·        Oversea working experience,particularly in China, is a plus but not a
must.
