 确保员工遵照运营手册和品牌标准提供服务。
Follows standards as stated in the Operations Manual and Brand Standards Manual ensuring they are maintained by the employees.
根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
确保管家部流畅和高效的运转, 并确保遵守所有部门运营手册中的政策和程序。
Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the Butler department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
确保与所有部门的沟通和协调工作顺畅有效,特别是与前台、客房、维修、客服中心、保卫等部门之间。
Ensures that communication and co-ordination with all Departments, with particular emphasis on the interactions between Personal Butlers and Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Services Centre and  Security are smooth and efficient.
确保用正确的方式处理丢失及捡到的物品。
Ensures the proper handling and control of lost and found items.
与管家部经理、客房部经理和前厅部经理或助理经理协作,经常性的巡视和全面检查房间和其它房务区域的总体运营情况。
Conducts frequent and thorough inspections of guest rooms and Rooms areas in general together with the Chief Butler, Assistant Chief Butler, Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager and/or Assistant Managers – Front Office and Housekeeping
检查每日预抵客人的房间内是否放置欢迎赠品,并确保复核客人的详细资料,确保客房内的一切适时的准备妥当。
Ensures that daily arrivals for their respective floors, are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.  This includes ensuring that all of the details for arriving guests are checked and followed up on, ensuring the correct preparation of guest rooms in a timely manner.
与客房部协作,确保适时提供令人满意的开床服务。
Follows up with Housekeeping Team to ensure that Turn Down service is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
与洗衣房密切合作,确保及时取送客人洗衣。
Works closely with the Laundry / Dry Cleaning Team to ensure timely delivery and presentation of guest laundry.
与送餐部紧密配合确保预抵客人房间内摆放了欢迎赠品,入住阶段内适时更换补充。
Works closely with the Room Service team to ensure that welcome amenities are prepared for guest arrivals in a timely manner and are replenished accordingly during the guest’s stay.
检查所负责楼层的预抵、预离和常住客人的详细信息。
Verifies arrival and departure details of all guests due to stay, or staying on, their respective floors.
必要时恭迎并陪同客人至房间,介绍酒店和房间内的设施。
When required, meet and escort guests to their rooms, explaining all in house and room facilities.
与送餐部协作,确保餐点及时送至客房,并协助收集使用过的餐车,托盘等。
Work closely with the Room Service team for the timely delivery of meals and subsequent collection  /  clearing of trolleys / trays.
客人离店后检查客房内是否有遗忘或丢失的物品,并尽可能的跟进处理。
Immediately on departure of the guest, enters the guest room checking for any lost and found items, following up on them as appropriate.
为客人和参观者指引并介绍酒店的设施。
Directs guest and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.
知悉酒店内举行的所有会议和促销活动。
Be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
以协助和灵活的态度与其他员工密切合作,关注酒店的整体成功和客人的满意度。
Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
