岗位职责
1.在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象。
2.向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务，对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或餐厅经理汇报。
3.迎接问候宾客，并将其领入座位并协助领班或餐厅经理对客订座，并合理分配。
4.接受电话订座，使用最好的电话谈判技巧。
5.回答宾客有关本酒店的特殊活动和菜单等。
6.熟悉菜单和饮料单。
任职资格
1.高中以上文化程度，并能简单使用一门外语对客服务。
2.熟悉餐厅特色，了解饭店餐饮服务设施，具有一定的公关和社交知识。
3.具有较好的语言表达能力，讲话口齿清楚，反映灵敏，有较强的沟通技巧。
4.身体健康，仪表端庄大方，气质较好。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练
