岗位职责
1.按照酒店规程清扫客房，及时补充客房用品，控制物料消耗。
2.发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。
3.严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。
4.及时反馈宾客信息和意见。
5.协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。
6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
岗位要求
1.中专以上学历。
2.有1年以上客房工作经验或相关经验。
3.能进行简单英文对话。
4.身体健康，相貌端正。
5.接受过正规客房服务培训。
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-45岁
