岗位职责
1.为宾客提供专业,友好,高效,热情的电话叫早服务。
2.掌握每日抵店宾客名单,特别是重要宾客和回头客, 了解他们的特殊要求。
3.负责及时准确地将宾客的留言输入系统中。
4.确保所有宾客的询问和要求,都得到专业的帮助和热情友好的态度。
5.确保所有电话的转接是按专业标准,并且有礼貌,热情友好的态度。
6.熟知酒店所能提供给宾客和来访者的服务和设施。
7.了解酒店的餐厅及其营业时间和经营范围。
岗位要求
1.高中及以上学历，21-35岁。
2.说话口齿清楚，音质优美，反应敏捷；掌握电话交换机操作技能，懂得电脑终端、自动直播电话计费，打印以及叫醒服务机的操作方法。
3.能用英语与外宾进行流利的会话。
4.能适应翻班工作。
计算机能力：一般年龄要求：20-35岁
