岗位职责
1.迎接用餐客人，负责客人的餐券收取工作。
2.随时检查自助餐食品的供应是否充足，对吃完的食品要及时知会厨房补充。
3.随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理。
4.在客人用餐完毕后，及时回收餐具，早餐用餐完后，负责餐厅的清洁工作。
岗位要求
1.形象较好，有餐厅的工作经验优先。
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3.掌握餐厅服务规程，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法。
4.工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
5.身体健康，仪表端庄。
