【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常巡检、维护及保养工作，确保设备正常运行
2、及时处理客房、公共区域及后勤区域的报修任务，快速响应维修需求
3、协助完成酒店电力系统、给排水系统、空调系统等基础设施的定期检修
4、按照规范操作流程进行设备维修，做好维修记录和耗材使用登记
5、参与酒店预防性维护计划的执行，提前发现并排除潜在故障隐患
6、严格遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合行业安全标准
7、配合部门完成节能降耗措施的实施与设备改造项目
