【岗位职责】
1、负责厨房炒锅区域的日常菜品制作，确保出品质量稳定、口味符合标准
2、协助炒锅主管管理厨房运作，监督下属工作流程及卫生安全规范执行
3、根据菜单要求准确备料，合理控制食材成本与损耗
4、参与新菜品研发，提出改进建议并协助测试
5、维护厨房设备正常运转，及时报告维修需求
6、严格执行食品安全标准，保持工作区域清洁卫生
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的粤菜烹饪基本功，能独立完成各类炒锅菜品制作（至少三年）
2、熟悉厨房各岗位操作流程，有团队协作意识
3、了解食材特性及储存要求，掌握成本控制方法
4、能适应早晚班轮换及高强度工作节奏
5、持有有效的健康证明
