【岗位要求】
1、具备8年以上酒店行业人力资源管理经验，熟悉劳动法规
2、精通招聘、绩效等模块的实务操作
3、具备优秀的组织协调能力和跨部门沟通能力
4、能独立完成人力资源数据分析及报告撰写
5、具备较强的抗压能力及突发事件处理能力
