1. 负责宴会厅整体运作。
2. 关注宴会时间，日期， 地点， 客人人数的改变，安排员工服务。
3. 负责宴会布置需求准备工作。
4. 负责重要人物的宴会，密切注意他们的任何需要。
5. 雇佣及培训宴会帮工、培训宴会部正式员工。
岗位要求
1.最少两年宴会厅管理经验。
2.掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求，了解宴会、会议服务程序，善于处理
各类客人的实际问题。
3.出色的社交能力。
4.领导能力。
5.杰出的组织和计划能力。
6.善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作。
