岗位职责
l 良好的服务水平,具有专业的待客技巧与服务能力。
l 与领班及时沟通并能够服从安排
l 与后厨及时沟通顾客对菜品要求
l 及时参加例会，培训
l 配合领班及经理关注各种盘点及餐厅摆设
l 要保证员工休息处与后勤的卫生与效率
l 迎接宾客，引导宾客到预订台位或宾客满意的台位。
l 随时注意听取宾客的意见，及时向上级反映.
岗位要求：
l 至少1年以上相关工作经验。
l 高中毕业及以上
l 需有一定的外语会话能力者
l 有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题
l 工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强
l 身体健康，仪表端庄
