岗位职责：
1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度；
2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出维修先后次序；
3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂、电梯等外包大修工作；
4、完成宾客提出的小修工作；
5、完成领班安排的其他维修工作；
6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。
岗位要求：
1、具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、语言表达能力、学习能力；
2、对电工、钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强；
3、能吃苦耐劳，服从分配；
4、五官端正，身体健康，精力充沛；
5、有酒店设施设备维修保养经验。
