岗位职责：
贯彻执行酒店下达的营业及管理指令；根据酒店计划，制定前厅部各项业务指标和规划；负责组织前厅的酒店产品销售和接待服务工作；协调平衡本部门各工种之间所出现的工作矛盾，保证各项工作的衔接；组织主持每周部门管理人员工作例会，传达酒店精神，听取员工意见，保证沟通顺畅 。
基本要求：
1.男女不限，年龄25－35岁，男身高1.70米以上，女1.60米以上。
2.良好的思想道德品质、心理素质和健康体能，能承受处理繁琐事务的工作压力。
