1.To handle all check-in process for guests including their reservation. 
2.To handle all guest requests during their stay. 
3.To handle all front desk cashier duties. 
4.To organize and implement guest programs / plans that anticipates and meet guests needs and interest. 
5.To handle all leasing activities including conducting site inspections in the absence of Sales and Marketing. 
6.To provide support on sales enquires through telephone or from site inspections. 
7.To act as a link between Operations and the Corporate Office on operation and sales processes. 
8.To support Sales and Marketing by providing relevant information including guest feedback and sales leads. 
9.To ensure good service and to improve the contact with the residents. 
10.To interact with the residents and explain facilities and services. 
11.To handle complaints from residents and to refer to management only if the problem cannot be solved without impact on the finances of the company or on the company image. 
12.To provide care and diligence to residents belongings during their arrival, departure and apartment change. 
13.To handle all mail, messages, telephone calls, information enquires and related services requested by the residents.
14.NO night shift for femal staff.(女员工不上夜班)
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Very good knowledge of  English. Must be service-minded and have the quality of resourcefulness and be attentive and responsive to guest needs. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
