Develop strategy in administering the operations of the Restaurants, Lounge and Banqueting & Conference in a manner as to meet the Marriott standard, maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare, and profit margins among the restaurants.

Attain high sanitation standards throughout the Food and Beverage operation by enforcing Marriott’s 46 point Sanitation Checklist.
始终执行万豪的 46 条卫生标准，确保餐饮部的卫生维持高标准。
Development and execute of plans and actions for the improvement of controllable costs, pre-convention & post-convention with Event Management, promotion plans with restaurants.
为增加部门收入, 而协助制定和执行各经营计划.与宴会统筹部门一起召开宴会前筹备会议和宴会后总结会议。 
Develop and implement the hotel’s Business & Marketing Plans

8.    Relieve the leave or absence of Director of Restaurants to monitor the operations among the restaurants.
