Responsibilities include
Take responsibility for yearly Marketing & Communications plan to synergize all platforms to exposure GCL and control the budget.
Lead China marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and develop direct channels via varies of marketing activities including yearly Road show, trade show, salon or seminar implementation.
Lead marketing partnership campaigns. Develop collaboration with strong industry partners, third parties for brand crossover campaign. Conduct business collaboration with HKTB, STB, Philippine Department of Tourism for join advertising & promotions, marketing activities as well as subsidy management to enhance brand awareness and direct channels
Local support for enrichment program and product development
Guide creative team for brand design standard implementation and application to all creative required to support various Sales & Marketing activities in region
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or related discipline
- With a minimum 10 years of experience in similar role in a hospitality, leisure industry
- Strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen
- Excellent communication skill and people skill
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Based in Shanghai, but willing to travel in whole China region
- Relative experience in FMCG / tourism industry will be preferred
