1．坚持有计划地培训所有下属，使之熟练掌握行政楼层工作程序以及技巧，不断提高其专业、外语能力与综合素质。
2．制定行政楼层工作计划，编排每月班次，安排每日工作。
3．负责管理收款工作的防损管理工作。
4．确保行政楼层餐饮工作顺畅。
5．督导下属，确保为客人提供热情、周到、优质、高效的服务。
6．协调与有关部门的关系，确保楼层服务运作顺畅。
7．尽一切可能满足客人的正当需求，妥善处理宾客投诉。
8．阅读行政楼层报表，检查下属的每项工作，发现问题及时给予纠正。
9．亲自迎送贵宾，检查对贵宾的礼遇与服务，关注贵宾的每项需求。
10．对接待处和实习生进行培训。
11．考核评估下属，提出奖惩意见。
12．管理好所辖范围的固定资产以及日常工作用品，确保不遗失、不断货。
13.完成上级交办的其它工作。
