岗位职责：
1.办理散客、团队、协议等的预订手续；
2.收发预订传真等；
3.办理网络预订；
任职资格：
1.男女不限，要求声音甜美，年龄在18-35岁；
2.旅游、酒店、管理类等相关专业大专以上学历优先；
3.较强的服务意识，具备良好的沟通协调能力，负有责任心，具有亲和力；
4.熟练使用电脑办公软件；
5.英语表达流利者优先。
薪资福利：
1.薪资待遇：3100-4500元；
2.其他福利：五险一金；提供住宿和员工餐；带薪年假；劳保福利；年终奖；供暖补贴；店龄补贴。
面试地点：中国职工之家A座210人力资源部办公室（周一至周五8：30-11:30,13:30-16:30）
