岗位职责
1.负责客房部的整体经营目标的达成及品质管理；不断提升客房服务品质及创新服务。
2.确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。
3.建立酒店客房的运营及质量标准。
4.客房部团队人员管理，传递公司企业文化，提升团队凝聚力。
岗位要求
1.大专毕业学历或同等以上，40岁以下。
2.有3年以上四星以上酒店或特色主题酒店客房管理工作经验，房量在200间以上。
3.熟悉客房部工作流程、标准、质量管控，熟练使用电脑。
4.具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
年龄要求：28-40岁
