MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要:
 
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales
Department and supervision of all team activities.

In the absence of the Director of Sales and
Marketing, assume full responsibility for the department and its operations.

To source, secure and maximize revenue
opportunities from dedicated account portfolio and leverage all sales tools and
programs for maximum conversion. 
通过运用良好的销售资源及集团活动进行队客户的寻找，巩固并最大限度地提高酒店收入。
The Director of Sales will be required to conduct
their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the
hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is
maintained.
销售总监在执行日常工作始终保持礼貌态度，注重工作时安全细节以及高效率。并按照酒店的政策和程序，确保维持高水平的服务。

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求:
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
具备商务体书写以及阅读以便个更好的进行沟通。
Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
具备良好的沟通技巧，包括口头和书面。
Knowledge of the city and market segmentation for business.
对于城市和市场生意细分的理解。
CITY, Opera, LANYON, all Microsoft Programs knowledge.
具备万豪集团和酒店所有系统的理解。
Convey a high level of understanding of the importance of attention to detail.
能够很好的理解重视细节的重要性。
Excellent written and spoken English are a must.

Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet and other popular software.
