1.确保客人登记完毕后，行李被迅速地送到客人房间
2.迅速且彬彬有礼地，按照标准使用电话礼仪接听电话
3.处理客人要求，并负责追踪相关人员/部门满足客人要求
4.当旅行团/团体抵店和离店时，协助收发客人行李
5.确保任何时间在主要入口外指定地点装卸行李，保证行李车不会阻塞入口
6.确保所有长期寄存的行李都被登记，并将行李寄存牌交给客人
7.确保所有属于对客服务的文件被准确的记录、维护和更新
8.对酒店的设施和经营时间有一个全面的了解等
