1.确保从服务中心接到的客人要求能够被迅速处理并满足。
2.与前厅部密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。
3.发放，收回，登记和控制所有管家部钥匙、手机。
4.处理，登记和跟踪借出物品，每月盘点一次出借物品和手机。
5.记录所有客房部员工出勤的情况。
6.按要求准备月报表，为客房部各部门，即楼层、公共区域、洗衣房准备月度报告和盘点提供帮助。
7.熟练掌握电脑，为客房部办公室工作提供帮助。
8.和杀虫公司，机器设备修理公司以及鲜花公司协调工作进度。
9.同其他部门协调工作。
10.保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁等
