岗位职责：
1.负责监督所在厨房食品质量的准备、要不断的检查食品的味道、温度外观。
2.为客人高效率的提供食物，保证按照标准制作，并符合食品卫生。
3.发展新菜肴和产品。
4.控制食品出产的标准，监测收货的食品质量和数量。
5.控制厨师要按照配料卡标准及程序准备食品。
6.协助行政总厨制定菜单及食品节。
7.了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。
8.同管事部协调员按照卫生标准共同管理好厨房、库房、冰箱的卫生。
9.监督员工的个人卫生和仪表仪容达到标准。
10.保证所有的设备正常工作如有问题马上报告等。
岗位要求：
1.同等星级酒店工作经验。
2.优秀业务知识，工作认真负责。
3.熟悉各类厨房菜品的制作，出品美味美观。
4.良好的沟通技能等。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-46岁
