岗位职责：
1.清洁及擦洗厨房及洗碗机区域。
2.清洁及擦洗烹饪设备及机器。
3.清洗及储存瓷器、刀叉及银器。
4.清除及存放垃圾，安全的使用洗碗机，高压水枪，吸水器，洗地机。
5.领导、帮助临时管事员执行工作职责。
6.协助管事部领班为临时管事员培训。
7.协助管事部领班对破损餐具列出清单。
8.将垃圾送到指定地点。根据规格使用化学药品。有效安全的使用工具及设备。
9.协助厨房保存设备及储存等。
岗位要求：
1.吃苦耐劳，有责任心。
2.团结友爱，热情好客。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：18-55岁
