3、协助做好大堂寻人服务和在大堂放置各类告示牌，及时撤换过期的告示牌并搬至指定的存放地点；
4、做好行李服务设备的清洁工作；
5、按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务；
6、维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；
7、准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；
