工作职责：
1、认真维护酒店的治安秩序和宾客的人身、财产安全，尽职尽责完成安全警备任务。
2、为客人带路，尽可能帮助客人，比如：开电梯、拿行李、开门等。
3、定期完成巡视及检查工作，特别是对重点部位，发现隐患应及时处理并报告领班或主管。
4、阻止穿戴不整或精神错乱人员进入酒店或写字楼。
5、熟悉本岗位的地形地物及消防设施的分布和使用方法。
6、爱护通讯器材如对讲机、传呼机和岗位上的各种设施。
7、坚持文明执勤，按规定着装，仪表端庄。
8、处理问题要坚持原则，以理服人，严禁打骂他人。
9、廉洁奉公，自觉遵守警备纪律，不准侵犯他人利益，严禁利用职权违法乱纪。
10、以专业和积极的风格与部门及酒店人员互动，培养和谐关系，提高团队精神并确保有效的双向交流。
11、照要求从事特殊任务和项目。
