3、所有帐项准确地显示在帐单上，并保证有关文件被收集并附在登记表上。
4、接受客人订房，并将完整记录交订房部处理。
5、正确收取营业款项并按时上交。
6、熟悉酒店服务设施，为客人推介及提供咨询服务。
7、为每位客人做好客史记录。
8、为团体做好接待和准备工作。
任职条件：
1、大专以上学历。
2、仪表整洁，礼貌待人，具有较强的语言表达、沟通能力和较高的英语水平。
3、服务意识强、办事有效率、能吃苦耐劳。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-熟练年龄要求：18-25岁
