岗位职责
1. 注意收集并为宾客提供各种信息。
2. 接受并尽力解决宾馆的各类投诉。
3. 负责做好整个工作区域的巡视工作，并及时做好书面记录。
4. 负责做好VIP宾客的接待工作。
5. 负责做好各类意外、突发事件。
6. 负责做好房态差异的检查、处理工作。
7. 负责做好各种记录和交接班的工作。
8. 发挥工作主动性与积极性，完成上级交办的其他任务。
9. 按时高效的完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格
1. 形象良好、端庄，男性身高在1.75m以上，女性身高在1.65m以上。
2. 酒店英语会话，旅游英语A级。
3. 大专以上学历，受过酒店服务培训，2年以上同岗位工作经历。
4. 以为客人服务为宗旨，工作积极主动，注重团队合作。
5. 了解宾馆各部门运作程序，掌握酒店管理方面的知识。
语言能力：英语-良好
