<Reportingdirectly to the Front Office Manager, the Duty Manager isresponsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day to dayoperations of Sofitel Forebase Chongqing whilst on duty At all times the Duty Manager is expected to lead by example - their behavior, speech andappearance must be without fault.  Theirtreatment of staff must be courteous and discretionary.  Their guest service standards must be thebenchmark that sets the levels to be attained by all hotel staff>
<直接向前厅部经理汇报工作，在当班期间，值班经理要协助酒店高级管理层负责整个酒店的运作。值班经理要始终起到表率作用－不能有错误的言行举止。值班经理必须有选择和礼貌的对待员工。值班经理的服务标准，是酒店员工效仿的标准.>

·        <The Duty Manager is responsible and accountable, under the direction of theFront Office Manager, for the efficient overall day to day operations of Athestel whilst on duty. They are to maintain the highest standard of guest service andsatisfaction.  The Duty Managers responsible for engendering team spirit and motivation in all staff.  They must also be fair and just in any staffdisciplinary action required.  The Duty Manager is also expected to be a "hands-on" Manager. By this,we expect that they should be prepared to lend "hands-on" assistanceif a hotel area/department becomes very busy. It must be emphasized that this "hands-on" assistance must beapproached with the "hotel as a whole" in mind, and must not bedetrimental to the efficient operations of other areas >

·       < To solveproblems regarding allocation of personnel, handling of complaints, etc.>

·       < The Duty Manager is to ensure and oversee that the GSA shift procedures/dutiesare completed on time and are procedurally correct.>

·       < The Duty Manager is responsible for actioning fire and emergency procedures andfor contacting Senior Management in case of a fire or emergency whilst on duty.>

·        <To ensurethat you as an Duty Manager are constantly aware of and `up-to-date'with all happenings and operations within the hotel.  It is vital that you have an obvious presencethroughout the hotel, and be visible public areas whilst on duty.>

·       <Supoervise and operate the hotel night audit process. And to be responsible forpreparing the management reports.>
