岗位职责
1.To ensure the good co-ordinate of orders.
   确保所有订单的质量一致性
2.To monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.
   控制好产品的质量和数量
3.To ensure the attractiveness and maintain quality standards as   the relate sanitation and cleanliness.
   确保并维持质量标准，如卫生及清洁标准
4.To keep Sous Chef aware of all items of interest.
   协助厨师长了解所有工作项目
5.To check all employees regularly for cleanliness appearance and awareness of pride in their personnel hygiene and in their uniforms.
   按时检查员工外表清洁，个人卫生和制服
6.To have a positive attitude working.
    积极认真的工作态度
7.To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.

9.Ad hoc assignment from the Sous Chef.
   完成厨师长交代的其他任务。

岗位要求
1.High School Diploma or equivalent. Better is major cooking
   高中或相等的学历。最好是专业烹饪学校毕业
2.At least 3 years experience in 5 star hotel at a Pastry Chef Level
   至少3年以上5星级酒店餅房管理经验。
3.Strong Pastry and Bakery Skills
     丰富的饼房和包房的技能
4.A dynamic and creative individual who brings a vast and varied experience in culinary arts, menu design and food promotions
