1.     Maintain knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation.

2.      Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental standards and procedures.

3.      Maintain complete knowledge in the use of all office equipment, computer and manual systems.

4.      Access all functions of computer according to specifications.

5.      Set up work station with necessary supplies and resources materials; maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
提供工作区域必要的资源材料，并在整个班次中保持清洁。
6.      Complete supplies requisitions and submit to Purchasing; stock office supplies upon receipt.
完成采购申请并下单提交采购部，完成收货并存储。
7.      Answer telephones within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette

8.      Greet all individuals arriving at office courteously and assist with their needs.

9.      Make telephone calls to specified individuals as requested by the Human Resources Director.

10.    Maintain accurate trace files and communicate daily traces to Human Resources Director.

11.    Maintain filing procedures.
负责文档整理。
12.    Retrieve and distribute departmental mail.
接收并发送部门邮件。
13.    Process requests for overnight mail and other delivery/messenger services.
及时处理剩余邮件及其他快递信息服务。
14.    Prepare and send faxes as required by the department; receive and distribute faxes to appropriate personnel.
按部门的要求准备并发送传真，接收并发送给相关的人员。
15.    Make photocopies and process as specifies.
按程序要求使用复印机。
16.    Type correspondence, memos and reports as assigned according to hotel standards.
按照酒店的标准打印信函，备忘录和报告
17.    Update employee files according to information listed on respective Status Change Forms.
 根据人事变动表的信息及时更新员工档案。
