一.CERTIFICATES任职资质：
Bechelor degree or equivalent.
本科学历或同等学历
2 years’ hotel food and beverage experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
酒店餐饮部2年以上工作经验，具有管理经验者优先。
二.RESPONSIBILITIES职责：
To explore recruitment channel conduct staff talent candidate selection, hiring and resignation procedure.
开拓招聘渠道，负责进行餐饮部员工的招聘、录用和离职。
Plan, administer and supervise new associate’s orientation programs.
计划，准备，督导新员工培训项目。
Co-ordinate and arrange activities accorded to the F&B office
协调和组织安排部门活动。
Probation confirmation and manage all associates’ evaluation (Probation, Mid-year, Annual).
确认员工试员期并对管理所有员工的工作表现评估（试用期、半年度、年度）。
Manager associates’ corrective action documentation.
管理员工纪律处分文档。
Opens and keeps current associates files
确保员工挡案更新
All other job tasks as and whendeem appropriate.
完成其它所有分派的合理工作。
