POSITION SUMMARY:

职位概述：

This role is report to hotel General Manager directly, and the cross training opportunity in each department is given for training and learning, it will lead towards speed-up growth through the guidance by General Manager in hotel management philosophy, business skill and leadership competency etc..

该职位直接汇报给酒店总经理，拥有深入各部门培训和学习的机会，由总经理亲自教授并给予酒店管理理念、酒店经营技能及领导力技能等方面的指导，这一角色将成功获得可视化成长速度的机会。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

职责：

- To show the outgoing and gracious hospitality consistently by keep smiling, say greeting and professional grooming.

始终保持微笑、主动问候和专业的仪容仪表，时刻展现积极开朗、热情好客的职业风范。

- Conducting cross training in knowledge and skill to implement in customer service, involve in department training and guidance through experiential training in certain period.

深入各部门进行知识和技能的学习，并执行于对客服务中，通过一定时期的培训后，参与各部门的员工培训及工作指导

- Work out the improvement proposal in each area to GM, implement and control the following situations according to GM’s approval.

向总经理提出各部门可行的改进方案，并落实总经理的指示、管控方案后续的执行

- Concern for hotel business operations, and keep communication with GM effectively

关注酒店整体运营情况，随时与总经理保持有效沟通

- Coordinate functions and activities with General Manager, Regional, Area and Corporate staff as appropriate.

必要时配合总经理，区域，地区和公司员工的工作与活动。

- Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.

完成上级布置的其他任务。
