RESPONSIBILITIES:
职责
-          To show the outgoing and gracious hospitality consistently by keep smiling, say greeting and professional grooming.
通过始终保持微笑、主动问候和专业的仪容仪表，时刻展现积极开朗、热情好客的职业风范。
 
-          Assist in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals Program to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.  
协助战略方案，营销计划，预算和目标计划的制定与实施,使酒店持续不断的获得最高的顾客满意度，最多的销售机会和最大化的利润。
 
-          Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within corporate standards quality guest services and amenities.
按照公司的标准提供高质量的服务与客用品，确保最高的顾客满意度。
 
-          Interact with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, community leaders, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
与酒店外的客人和个人进行沟通，包括但不限于现有和潜在的客户，公司代表，社团领导，政府官员，旅游业代表，供应商，竞争对手以及当地社团其他成员。
 
-          Coordinate functions and activities with General Manager, Regional, Area and Corporate staff as appropriate.
必要时配合总经理，区域，地区和公司员工的工作与活动。
 
-          Manage the functions of all hotels personnel through supervision of the hotel department heads.
监督酒店的部门领导，管理所有酒店员工的工作情况。
 
-          Assist in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs as directed. 协助监测目前和未来酒店业的趋势、经营和系统，并在此指导下确定和保证有竞争力的计划的实施。

-          Participate in conducting weekly inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive programs and judicious planning and management of FF&E as directed.
参与每周的视查工作，执行酒店全面的预防性计划以及根据指导周密计划和管理家具、固定装置和设备，确保酒店的硬件设施处于最佳状态。
 
-          Ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and associates.
确保应急程序的执行，务必保障客人和员工的安全。
 
-          Monitor applicable laws and regulations, including Health and Safety, and ensures compliance.
监查并遵守相关法律法规，如健康与安全法规等。
 
-          Establish and maintain effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
建立并保持有效的内部沟通和会议机制以确保最优化团队合作和提高生产力。
 
-          Establish and maintain a prominent level of visibility and involvement in the property and business, social and governmental communities as appropriate.
适度地在酒店经营，社会活动和政府沟通中确立并维持较高水平的透明度。
 
-          Establish and maintain effective associate relations.
建立和保持良好的员工关系。
 
-          Contribute in installing and monitoring cash management programs including inventories and receivables.
负责安装及监控现金管理程序，包括库存和应收账款等。
 
-          Develop recognition programs, advertising and promotional campaigns to obtain greatest market awareness and patronage.
制定并开展奖励计划、广告和促销活动，以最大化地提高市场知名度和增加客户。
 
-          Review energy conservation program to ensure minimum energy and utility consumption without sacrificing human comfort.
审查节能计划以在保证舒适度的同时尽量减少能源消耗。
 
-          Monitor purchasing practices to ensure compliances with Wyndham Hotel & Resorts policy and procedures.
监控采购业务以确保符合温德姆规章制度。
 
-          In the absence of the General Manager, assume responsibilities as appropriate. Keeps General Manager informed of any unforeseen events, which may occur in his / her absence.
在总经理缺席时承担必要的责任。使总经理了解在其缺席期间所发生的任何预料之外的事件。
 
-          Assist in selling the hotel through personal involvement with all potential markets as required.
      需要时参与到潜在市场中，协助酒店销售。
 
-          Ensure environmentally friendly practices are implemented in accordance with the Wyndham Hotel & Resorts Standards / local laws and regulations.
确保酒店按照温德姆环境手册和地方性法律法规实施优化环境的措施。
 
-          Work with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.
与人力资源一起在人力资源规划和管理需求方面进行合作。
 
-          Work with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the hotel’s budget.
与财务总监一起编制和管理酒店预算。
 
-       Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader. 
       完成上级布置的其他任务。
