Recruitment Manager RESPONSIBILITIES:
招聘经理职责：
-          Maintain HR Reports monthly and yearly (Turnover, Headcount).
制定月度和年度人事报告（员工流动及员工数）。
-          Administer and track staff movement, raise personnel action form when needed (transfer, promotion).
管理并跟进员工变动，需要时做出人员变动（调岗或晋升）。
-          Conduct staff talent candidate selection, hiring and resignation procedure.
负责进行员工的招聘、录用和离职。
-          Probation confirmation and manage all associates’ evaluation (Probation, Mid-year, Annual).
确认员工试员期并对管理所有员工的工作表现评估（试用期、半年度、年度）。
-          Manager associates’ corrective action documentation.
管理员工纪律处分文档。
-          Coordinate check out: arrange Exit Interview, confirm the last working day with Dept. Director.
员工离职：安排离职面谈，与部门总监确定最后工作日。
-          Check personal action form and resignation letter signed by associate, Dept. Director, HR Director, Finance Controller, General Manager.
检查人事变动表和辞职信等已经过员工、部门总监、人力资源总监、财务总监和总经理的签署。
-          Prepare check out list and forward to following departments: Finance, Uniform, IT, Training.
准备离职交接表并分发至以下部门：财务部、制服房、电脑房和培训部。
-          Assist Director of HR to work out the manning budget and follow accordingly in daily work.
协助人力资源总监进行人员编制和预算的制定和日常执行。
-          To explore recruitment channel and maintain the relationship with school and government.
开拓招聘渠道，并与合作院校和相关政府部门保持良好的关系。
-          Assist Director of HR to involve the management of Associate Restaurant and Dormitory.
协助人力资源总监参与员工餐厅和宿舍进行日常的管理。
-          Keep close communication and cooperation with other department.
与酒店其他部门开展良好的合作和沟通。
-          All other job tasks as and when deem appropriate.
完成其它所有分派的合理工作。
