【岗位职责】
1、全面负责公寓客房部的日常运营与管理，确保客房清洁、维护及服务质量达到公寓标准。
2、制定并执行客房部工作流程、操作规范及卫生标准，监督团队落实执行情况。
3、合理调配部门人员，负责排班、培训、绩效考核及团队建设，提升员工工作效能与服务意识。
4、定期检查客房设施设备状态，协调工程维修，确保客房安全与舒适。
5、管理客房部物资采购、库存及成本控制，合理控制运营费用，优化资源利用率。
6、处理客人关于客房服务的投诉与需求，及时跟进并反馈，提升客人满意度。
7、配合其他部门（如前台、工程、安保）完成公寓整体运营任务，参与突发事件的应急处理。
8、定期向上级汇报客房部运营数据、客需反馈及改进计划，推动服务品质持续提升。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的团队管理能力与沟通协调能力，能有效带领团队完成工作目标。
2、熟悉酒店客房服务流程、清洁标准及物资管理，有相关领域工作经验者优先。
3、具备较强的服务意识与问题解决能力，能妥善处理客诉及突发状况。
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应弹性工作时间及高压工作环境。
