1. Greet guests and fellow associates in the hotel at all times.
任何时候都主动向客人和同事问候。
2. Ensure maintenance issues are reported to the Engineer Department in time by safety & security officers as they record them during their patrols.
确保安全员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
3. Conduct random handbag inspections of employees as they entering and leaving the hotel. According to the principle of hotel property management，hotel property outflow is strictly prohibited under the condition of not being authorized.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
4. Provide escort services for fellow associates who are required to carry large amount of cash if necessary.
如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。
5. Set up outside patrol points at entrances/exits to keep out unrelated personnel.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等
6. Randomly check for distribution of the master keys and clear key holders’ responsibilities.
随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。
7. Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure that safety and security practices are being followed. For example, clearance of fire exits; fire hose reel doors without obstruction of equipments; cleanness in stacked goods area and sufficient sprinkler heads etc.
对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。
8. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
9. Be familiar with first aid and fire emergency procedure.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。
10. Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神保证有效的双向交流。
11. Responsible for the self mistake、breach of duty、discipline and misconduct.
对自身在工作中的失误、失职、违纪及渎职行为负责。
12. Maintain a good daily working performance report.
做好当班工作日值及岗位交接工作。
13. Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。`	

Required Skills –

•	Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
•	Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office
熟练使用办公软件。
•	Proficiency in use first aid, security, fire safety skills.
熟练使用各项急救、安防、消防设施技能。
•	Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
具有一定的侦察技能和解决问题的能力。
•	Good communication and writing skills

Experience –
经验
Minimum 2 years experience at the same position in international five -star hotels. 
至少在国际级别五星级酒店担任相应职位达2年以上。
