Position Summary:
1. Review arrival information on a daily basis; VIP, Wyndham Member, Regular guests,Groups, special requests etc;
2. Report to management on deficiencies and irregularities noted in the operation;
3. Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel dissatisfied;
4. Report the complaint immediately to the FOM or Management on duty. Solicits assistance from the management if needed;
5. Be familiar with Social Media Rating and is guided in daily work by these;
6. Monitors staff performance continuously in this respect;
7. Responds immediately on medical requests and emergencies;
8. Maintain effective guest relations, builds rapport and offer personalized service and assistance;
9. Assist Reception when required (check-in, check-out, etc.).
Abilities / Key Competencies / Skills:
1. College and above;
2. Good interpersonal and communication skill;
3. Must be familiar with Front Office operations;
4. Be good at organize and problem solving with emphasis on “people management”;
5. Positive attitude under pressure;
6. Fluent in English;
7. At least 1 years working experiences as the same position and International Brand hotel background would be of advantage.
