主要职责 Main Responsibility
确保与前台,礼宾,餐厅,客房部还有销售部有专业和有效的沟通。确保部门成员为客人和团队的预定操作准确无误。
Ensure professional and effective communication between Front Desk, Concierge, Restaurants and Housekeeping and Sales.To control the operation of the reservations department (physical and computerized) of all guests and group bookings.
确保所有个人和团队的订单及确认单按日期分类归档,并且保持有序及信息及时更新。
Ensure all correspondence for individual and group reservations are filed by date and are kept in order and up to date.
确保所有的询价和需求都得到了及时反馈以及记录。回复客人需求问询,并且确保有所有问题整理好反馈给上级。
Ensure all activities and traces are followed up on in a timely manner and results of such recorded. To prepare personal replies to letters requesting particular information and to ensure all enquiries are fully documented and details are passed to the Manager.
按照酒店的品牌标准和电话接听准则来回复员工,客人或潜在客户的问询。完全熟悉酒店的房型和实用性,在可能需要的情况下帮助客人预定房间。时刻把最新房态更新给旅行社和批发商。在淡旺季时实施不同策略。
To answer and supervise accommodation queries from staff, guests or prospective guests according to Brand Standards and test call criteria.To be fully conversant with Hotel room type and availability, assisting guests with reservation enquiries and bookings as may be required.Advise booking agencies and wholesalers about hotel availability. Alternatively advise of Low & High demand periods.
确保立即处理客人的投诉,所有的投诉必须有效和专业的去处理和完成跟进,直到客人离开,得到对酒店良好的印象反馈。以专业和积极的态度与其他部门和本部门同事进行沟通。
Ensuring that all guest complaints are dealt with immediately. All complaints to be handled efficiently and professionally with complete follow-up so those guests leave and return with a good impression of the hotel.Communicate with other department and within the department in a professional and positive manner.
能流利说、写英文和中文。善于管理使用办公设备。有责任心并可被依靠。具备基本管理技能。
Fluent in speaking and written English & Chinese.Good at operating office machines.Responsible and reliable.Basic managing skill.
岗位要求 Specific Requirements
学历要求: 大专以上学历,服务专业或旅游管理专业;
EDUCATION: College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.
资历要求: 有相关工作经验或2年以上的工作经验;
Experiences: Relevant work experiences or 2 years and above Front Desk experiences.
工作技能: 大学英语,擅长服务预订系统的操作,应用Microsoft Office 软件;
SKILLS: College English level, familiar with reservations system, be good at Microsoft
个人素质: 积极敬业,工作认真细致;
QUALITY: Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
个人能力: 具备较强的沟通,协调能力及团队合作精神。
ABILITY: Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
