Responsibilities
 1. Ensure brand standard adherence on all marketing print materials and collaterals and gain positive and maximum exposure and awareness of the hotel by working with local and overseas media on press coverage, advertising and all sorts of promotions relating to the Hotel.
和当地以及海外媒体合作，使所有和酒店相关的宣传品、广告和酒店最新的推广宣传，都能按照万豪品牌标准，正面及最大程度上宣传酒店；
2. Regularly conduct proactive media calls to bring to the media the latest information related to hotel promotions and other activities.
3. 定期和媒体联系告知酒店最新的推广及活动信息；
All media call activities are to be properly documented for future reference and submitted to DOS for review.
所有的媒体会面活动都要备案以便日后查找和销售总监复核；
 4. Be proactive in pursuing opportunities for hotel promotions
积极地为酒店推广活动寻求机会；
Coordinate with Marriott Regional Office and Headquarter to provide information on property promotions and events for featuring in both internal and external publications.
提供万豪地区及总部相关酒店内外部推广及活动信息；
5. Closely work with F&B on all regular promotions and promotional ideas.
在酒店推广活动及推广想法上和餐饮部紧密合作；
6. Brochures and Promotional Materials酒店宣传以及推广材料
Ensure all information related to the hotel is up to date in both external and internal publications and websites.
保证在国内和国际上的媒体合网页上的酒店信息定期跟新。
 
Requirements
 1. Minimum 3 years work experience in public relations from a sizeable international organization.
 三年以上星级酒店相关工作经验；
2. Knowledge of local market and business practise.
了解本地市场和商业状况；
3. Be proactive in identifying leads and convert them into promotional opportunities.
主动创意寻求推广机会；
4. Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.
 能熟练运用计算机软件提供所需报告；
5. Good interpersonal skills.
良好的人际关系能力；
6. Ability to analysis different business situations and come up with suggestions on handling the issues.
能够分析出不同的商业状况并予以解决；
7. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
能与不同部门进行良好的沟通。
